I had both my front wheels wobbly - so I cut shims from a tin can - wrapped the axle of the wheels with the shims and then inserted them back into the plastic bushes. It was a snug fit - but helped quite a lot.
Hi judycdenn You can get replacement wheels from most decent hardware stores, either with ball race bearings, or just plain old plastic bushes. they don't cost much, I would take in my old wheel to get one that fits.
